How does the trial work?
Every feature is unlocked for 14 days, no card up front. At the end you pick a plan — your locations, forms, and records stay exactly where you left them.
What happens if I go over my monthly records?
Sign-ins keep working for a 48-hour grace window while warnings show in your dashboard. After that, new sign-ins pause until you upgrade or a new month starts.
Do visitors need to install anything?
No. Scanning the poster opens a web page in their phone browser. Signing out is one tap on the same device, or just their name.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes — from Billing, handled by Stripe. Your records stay exportable as CSV.
